In case you have personal baggage in excess of your free allowance, it may be carried as Excess Baggage or by Normal Cargo. While Excess Baggage involves additional charges according to the weight and destination, the baggage will normally travel with you. Baggage carried as Normal Cargo involves lower charges according to weight and destination, and will normally be dispatched, subject to space availability, on the next flight to your destination. All charges are calculated on a one -way basis and are collected at the airport ticket counter.
Portable Dialysis Machines as Baggage
In addition to the normal free baggage allowance, a passenger dependent on a portable dialysis or "kidney" machine is entitled to carry a machine and ancillary equipments because of their size (approximately 24 ins x 24 ins x 18 ins) the machines must be stowed in the hold, using the bulk hold where possible on wide bodied aircraft.
Windsurfer Boards
Due to the size and nature of these items are not normally accepted as baggage and must be carried as cargo.
Bicycles
Bicycles will be accepted at a small charge provided that its handlebars are fixed sideways, pedals removed or fixed inwards and its tires are flat.
Golfing Equipment
If the weight of the golfing equipment is not included in the normal free baggage allowance exceeds 15 kgs, such additional weight shall be charged at the normal excess baggage rate that is , the first 15 kgs will be assessed at no charge. Each kg thereof will be assessed at the regular excess baggage charge.
Diving Equipment
20 kgs are allowed free of charge and remaining will be charged at normal rate, if in excess of passenger's total weight allowance. (Provided air tanks are empty).
Mishandled Baggage

Flammable liquids or solids
Fuel, paints, lighter refills, matches etc
Household items
Bleach(i.e. chlorine, ), spray starch, insecticides, drain cleaners and solvents etc.
Pressure Containers
Spray cans, butane, fuel, scuba bottles, propane cylinders, gas fuel bottles, CO2 cartridges, self inflating rafts etc.
Weapons
Firearms, ammunition, gunpowder, mace, tear-gas, or pepper spray etc.
Other Hazardous Materials
Dry-ice, Gasoline-powdered tools, wet cell batteries, camping equipment with fuel, radioactive materials (except as cargo in mail), poisons, infectious substances etc
Miscellaneous
Knives of any length, cutting instruments of any kind (metallic or non-metallic) blades regardless of length, ice picks, straight razors ( safety/disposable razors are allowed), and congaed scissors etc.
