Caring for Jubba Junior Passengers!
It is our priority to make sure your child enjoys a smooth and stress free flight. You can rest assured that we will take care of your child from check in till your child is met on arrival.

Unaccompanied Minors are children above 5 years and under 12 years (i.e. up to, but not including the 12th birthday) of age and traveling alone.

Young Passengers are children between the age of 12 and 15 years (i.e. up to their 16th birthday) and traveling alone, whose parents/guardians have specifically requested Jubba for Unaccompanied Minors service for their wards.

If your child requires special attention or has special needs and must travel alone, Jubba Airways can provide an escort at a charge. The request for an escort must be made at least seven days prior to the travel date.
   
 

Before You Fly
You can pre-book seats, children's meals or any other special meal. Just inform our Reservations. They will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements. We offer a selection of meals, especially planned to appeal to the younger palate. You can request a special meal when you book your child's ticket or at least 24 hours prior to departure. There is a variety to choose from - food items like burgers, chicken/fish fingers, French fries, chocolate, fruit and crisps, all presented on a specially designed tray set-up. Special meals are available for vegetarians and also meeting specific dietary requirements as well.

At The Airport
For young passengers travelling alone, we have separate check-in facilities at a special counter and dedicated Jubba Airways staff to take them to the aircraft. The parents/guardians must present themselves for check-in at least two hours prior to departure. And on arrival, we meet them at the aircraft door and help them through formalities before handing them over to the person receiving them.

The Jubba Family Travel experience begins the moment you contact us to make a reservation. Right from the start, every aspect of your travel arrangements will be handled professionally. Whether you choose to pre-book seats, require a bassinet, children's meals or any other special service, just let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Making Boarding Comfortable as Ever!
To make your flight as comfortable as possible we've equipped every Jubba plane with:

• Reclining Seats
• Ample Leg Room and Footrests
• Pillows and Blankets
• Large Over-head Storage Lockers

Also, your little ones can enjoy a superb level of comfort as we provide baby bassinets and the toilets are fitted with changing tables.

Menu On Demand
Jubba Catering offers a selection of special meals to suit your dietary and religious needs. We also offer a broad range of children's meals for our young travelers. These special meals must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your flight. Click here for more details.
Jubba also offers a standard quantity of proprietary brands of baby meals on board. Or should you like to carry foods preferred by your infant; our cabin crew will gladly warm the meal for you.
