Travel tips
Here are some tips to help you enjoy a healthy and relaxed flight ...

In-flight Aerobics
It is easy to stiffen up during a long flight. Here are a few simple stretching exercises to help loosen muscle and joints. You can perform them in your seat, but make sure it is in the upright position. Remember to respect the airspace of other passengers. Breathe normally, and do not overstretch. Repeat the programme at intervals of two hours.

Hands
Grip the edge of your armrest with your hands, hold to a count of five, and then relax. Repeat 10 times

Legs
Starting with your feet on the floor bring your legs slowly up towards your chest, as far as you can. Relax them slowly. Repeat three times.

Feet
Placing both feet on the floor, point your toes upwards as high as they will go. Point them downwards. Repeat this in a continuous movement five times.

Neck Exercises
Move your head slowly towards your right shoulder and hold. Then move them towards your left shoulder and hold. Move your chin slowly down towards your chest. Hold and relax. Repeat three times.

Arms
Starting with your arms outstretched flex at the elbow and bring them slowly into your chest. Extend them again. Repeat five times

Shoulders
Hunch up your shoulders, hold and slowly relax. Repeat five times

Abdomen
Starting from a fully upright position, slide your hands down your legs as far as you can. Straighten up gradually. Repeat three times. Cross your arms across your chest and rotate as far as you can from right to left. Repeat three times.

When flying, please keep the following travel tips in mind:
Arrive at the Airport Early
Allow extra time for unexpected delays on the way to the airport, including parking, security and check-in. On busy travel days, such as holidays, Saturday morning or Sunday evening, please allow additional time.

Domestic travel: If you are checking bags we recommend that you check-in at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you are not checking bags, please check-in at least 45 minutes before your scheduled departure.

International travel: We recommend that you check-in at least two hours before your scheduled departure. Seats and reservations are subject to cancellation if not checked-in at least one hour prior to scheduled departure.
Be at the Gate 20 Minutes Prior to Departure

To assist in ensuring an on-time departure, please arrive at the gate a minimum of 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Customers with advance seat assignments must obtain a boarding pass at least 20 minutes (60 minutes internationally) before scheduled departure. If not checked in at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure, your reservation may be canceled and you will not be eligible for denied boarding compensation. Plan to be on the aircraft at least 10 minutes prior to departure.

Stay Close to the Boarding Area
Once you've checked in, stay in the boarding area for updated information regarding your flight. Limit Your Carry-on Bags

Tag Your Bags
Tag your bags inside and out with your name, address and contact phone number.
Don't Check Your Important Items
Keep an ample supply of personal items with you. Do not place the following items in your checked luggage: required medication, valuables, travel documents, keys and currency.
Have Passport / Photo ID Ready
